Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
